This is a personal essay I posted to Medium on the 20th anniversary of 9/11. It's an intimate recounting of my premonitions of the 9/11 attacks that took me twenty years to share with more than a few people. Radical as it might sound before reading my story, would creating a "Premonition Bureau" or investigatory department in the United States, the United Nations, or the World Health Organization be worthwhile to avert future disasters? Despite the probable influx of some (or a lot of) unusual reports of forebodings, technology could help us identify significant precognitive patterns from the incoming reports that are legitimate and valuable.
